Présentation

Construction of a new 5,700 sq.m. elementary school spread on 2 levels. The building consists of 4 kindergarten classes, 24 elementary classes and 1 gymnasium. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building structure is made of a conventional steel frame and a concrete foundation laid on driven piles. Landscaped lot offering 75 parking spaces, a car and bus landing as well as a 3,600 sq.m. school playground with several recreational elements. LEED GOLD certification is targeted.
