Présentation

Construction of a new 4,500 sq.m. elementary school spread on 3 levels. The building consists of 3 kindergarten classes, 18 elementary classes and 2 gymnasiums. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The structure of the building consists of conventional steel frame. The school is build on a lot composed mainly of rock. Landscaped lot with 84 parking spaces, a car and bus landing, and a school playground measuring 3,100 sq.m.
