Présentation

Construction of a new 7,300 sq.m. elementary school on 2 levels. Building consisting of 5 kindergarten classes, 30 elementary classes and 3 gymnasiums. Mechanical system characterized by thermal wheels with heat recovery to minimize energy costs. Structure of the building consists of a conventional steel frame and a concrete foundation laid on driven piles. Building built on a lot composed mainly of rock. Landscaped lot with 95 parking spaces, car and bus landing and a 4,900 sq.m. school playground.
