Construction of a new elementary school of 5,060 sq.m. spread over 2 levels. The building consists of 23 classes. Mechanical system characterized by thermal wheels with heat recovery to minimize energy costs. The structure of the building consists of a conventional steel frame and glulam (glue laminated wood) frame.
