A 2,800 sq.m. expansion of a professional training center spread on 2 levels. The building consists of 4 theoretical classes and several training workshops. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building structure consists of a conventional steel frame. Landscaped lot with 22 spaces for heavy vehicles and 28 parking spaces.
