Présentation

Construction of a new 3,800 sq.m. elementary school on 2 levels. The building consists of 3 kindergarten classes, 14 elementary classes and 1 gymnasium. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The structure is made of conventional steel frame. Specific architectural elements to the building: restoration of the historical facade of the original school in order to integrate it into the new school. Development of an interior courtyard adjacent to a roof top terrace and vegetation.
