Jacques-Leber Secondary School

Under construction
Delivery scheduled for 2026
The project will be carried out in two distinct phases. The first phase, the construction of the new building, will accommodate more than 1,250 students and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2026. The second phase, consisting of the complete demolition of the existing school, is scheduled for 2027.

Construction of an 18,000 m2 mixed wood-steel structure on all 4 levels of its classroom wing. Accommodating more than 1,275 students, the project relies primarily on optimizing the schedule by superimposing the various stages from the outset of the design. A unified contractor-consultant team working directly with the user (CSSDGS) from the outset to deliver a project that meets their expectations. Faster start-up, faster delivery, all while ensuring a high level of quality.
