The mechanical system features geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building’s structure is composed of a conventional steel frame with glued-laminated timber decking. The site includes a 60-space parking lot, car and bus drop-off zones, and a 5,600 m² schoolyard with various amenities such as multisport fields, play structures, and a climbing course.
