Construction of a new 4,270 m² elementary school spread over 2 levels. The facility includes 3 kindergarten classrooms, 18 elementary classrooms, and 2 gymnasiums. The mechanical system features geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building’s structure is composed of a conventional steel frame. The building was erected on a site composed mainly of rock. The site includes a 61-space parking lot, car and bus drop-off zones, as well as a 4,700 m² schoolyard.
