Présentation

Construction of a new 4,400 sq.m. elementary school on 2 levels. The building consists of 4 kindergarten classes, 17 elementary classes and 2 gymnasiums. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The structure is made of conventional steel frame and concrete for stairwells. Landscaped lot with 66 parking spaces, car landing, an access road of 300 linear meters as well as a 2,300 sq.m. school playground.
