Construction of a new commercial / industrial building of 2400m2 spread over 3 levels. Establishment includes an administrative section for the management of the activities of the company as well as a workshop / hangar sector served by 5 garage doors. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs and radiant floor to maximize the comfort of users. Structure of the building composed of a conventional steel frame and a concrete frame for the administrative sector. Landscaped with 65 parking spaces.
