Construction of a new 1,240 sq.m. commercial building on 2 levels. It consists of an administrative area for the management of the company’s activities as well as a mechanical area served by 3 garage doors. Mechanical system characterized by a radiant floor to maximize the users’ comfort. Structure of the building consists of a prefabricated steel frame.
