Présentation

Expansion of the community center and construction of a new library. Building has a surface area of 2,630 sq.m. spread over 2 levels. The building is divided into 2 parts: the community center on the ground floor and the Library on upper floor. Mechanical system characterized by rotary exchangers to recuperate the heat therefore minimizing energy costs. Structure of the building consists of a conventional steel frame and a concrete foundation laid on driven piles. The lot offers 124 parking spaces, car landing as well as the complete repair of de la Mairie Street.
