Présentation

Upgrading of the Point-du-Jour service area on Félix-Leclerc Highway. Demolition of existing buildings for the construction of a new 500 sq.m. service center as well as an additional building for water treatment. The building consists of a rest room, washrooms and technical rooms. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The structure of the building consists of a conventional steel frame and a concrete foundation laid on driven piles. Land with 100 parking spaces with multiple recreational features, a 26,000 sq.m. heavy truck stop. LEED certification is targeted.
