Construction of a new 2,330 sq.m. car dealership spread over 2 levels. The building consists of a showroom for vehicles, a mechanic workshop and several administrative offices. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building’s structure is made of conventional steel frame. Landscaped lot measuring 7,100 sq.m.
