Présentation

Construction a new 4,280 sq.m. elementary school on 2 levels. The building consists of 3 kindergarten classes, 19 elementary classes and 1 gymnasium. Mechanical system characterized by an earth-to-air heat exchanger well and solar panels to minimize energy costs. The structure of the building is made of conventional steel frame. The school is built on a low bearing capacity land that required dynamic compaction. Landscaped lot with 52 parking spaces, car and bus landing as well as a 5,500 sq.m. school playground.
