Présentation

Construction of a new 5,920 sq.m. elementary school on 3 levels. The building consists of 4 kindergarten classes, 24 elementary classes and 1 double gymnasium. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. Structure of the building consists of a conventional steel frame. Landscaped lot with 70 parking spaces, school buses landing area as well as a 12,000 sq.m. school playground with several amenities such as game modules.
