Présentation

Construction of a new 2-storey 8,260 sq.m. immigration monitoring centre. The building consists of bedrooms, récollection room, multipurpose room, common area, library and reading area, teaching and craft room and several other rooms to enfance the occupants’ stay. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building structure consists of a conventional steel frame. Landscaped lot with 136 parking spaces, a service area at the back for deliveries as well as several interior courtyards with amenities for the residents.
