Construction of a new 2,980 sq.m. elementary school on 2 levels. The building consists of 3 kindergarten classes, 12 elementary classes and 1 gymnasium. Mechanical system characterized by geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building’s structure consists of a conventionnel steel frame. Landscaped lot with a 2,120 sq.m. school playground with modules.
