Mandate for the design and construction of the future fire station serving the Saint‑Janvier sector in Mirabel.
Valued at $30 million, the mandate consists of building a new facility that will include:
6 garage doors for emergency vehicles
3 garage doors for decontamination
2 garage doors for management vehicles
A spacious living area for firefighters
A dedicated administrative area
A dedicated training and exercise area
For a total of approximately 38,000 sq. ft. of new space for the City of Mirabel’s fire department.
