Valued at $30 million, this project involves constructing a new building that includes:
6 garage doors for emergency vehicles;

A spacious living area for firefighters;
A dedicated administrative space;
A dedicated training and drill space;
For a total of approximately 38,000 sq. ft. of new space for the City of Mirabel Fire Department.
