Tisseur was contracted as the general contractor for the complete civil engineering work and the construction of a new control and operations building for a Hydro-Québec electrical distribution substation.
This substation is located on Saint-Charles Street West, at the intersection with Lafayette Boulevard. The new substation will supply electricity to 12,500 customers in Longueuil, Île Sainte-Hélène, and Île Notre-Dame for the next 50 years.
