Medway Alto
We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Groupe Medway for the development of the brand-new Alto rental project in the heart of Charlevoix – La Malbaie, less than 500 meters from the Casino and the Manoir Richelieu.
Tisseur has been appointed as the general contractor and interior system contractor to construct a 6‑storey building featuring 114 rental units as well as a medical clinic and commercial spaces on the ground floor.
Future tenants will enjoy modern common areas, including a gym, a rooftop terrace, and a glass-walled common room offering a breathtaking view of the river.
Built on a rocky cliffside, the building will include a garden level and will stand out with its mixed concrete and wood structure. It is also an innovative real estate project incorporating fire-rated CLT (cross‑laminated timber) walls—a first in Quebec.
