Tisseur has been selected to deliver the UTILE Milton-Parc project, located in Montréal.
The project involves the construction of a 17-storey building (approximately 50 metres in height) featuring 189 non-profit student housing units. Tisseur is responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision and execution of the work.
Designed as a complete living environment, the building will offer shared amenities across several levels, including study areas, community spaces, a laundry room, a terrace and bicycle parking facilities, all intended to enhance residents' quality of life and support their academic success.
