Construction of 60 transitional housing units intended for a vulnerable clientele experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Tisseur is proud to announce its participation, as general contractor, in the delivery of a meaningful multi-residential project with a strong social impact: La HUTTE Saint-Jérôme.
Designed for individuals and families experiencing vulnerability or homelessness, this nearly 59,000 sq. ft. building will provide 60 transitional housing units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The project will also feature a sixth-floor terrace, 96 storage lockers located in the basement, and 55 outdoor parking spaces.
The building will be located in the Sainte-Paule sector, on Labelle street, in St-Jérôme.
