Zénith

Located in Quebec City, Saint-Roch district, Le Zénith will comprise a total of 3 buildings: Building A will offer, in addition to affordable housing ranging from studios to 7 ½ units, one floor dedicated to a group home for girls and one for boys, in partnership with the CIUSSS, as well as offices for staff present 24 hours a day; Buildings B and C will both offer affordable housing. More than 108 units will be built in total, in addition to a beautiful interior courtyard. Parking will also be dedicated to the Ville de Québec, comprising nearly 58 underground parking spaces.
The project also features several sustainable development elements, including a rooftop garden, green-roof access points to the underground parking, and Novoclimat certification. Construction will begin within the coming weeks and is expected to be completed in 2025.
The AccèsLogis Québec program, of which Le Zénith is part, promotes the pooling of public, community, and private resources to build community and affordable housing for low- and modest-income households and for individuals with special housing needs.
