Tisseur has been selected as the general contractor for the construction of Quartier LOUKA, a residential development located in a lush, green setting in Granby.
Tisseur will oversee the construction of the first phase of the development, which includes 89 condominium units and 93 rental apartments, as well as several shared amenities, including an interior courtyard, a fitness centre, an urban chalet and a spa area.
This marks the second project we have undertaken in Granby with Groupe Iridium, reflecting the trust they continue to place in our team.
