Le Novam Vitam is a project that forms part of the Office municipal d'habitation de Québec's initiative to provide more social housing in Quebec City. This building offers 70 units ranging from 3 ½ to 7 ½, spread over 6 floors.
Tisseur won this public call for tenders thanks to its extensive knowledge of multi-residential buildings. This is also the company's 2nd social housing project, further building its expertise in this area.
The building has now been delivered and is ready to welcome its occupants. Congratulations to our entire team on completing this mandate.
