Construction of Phase 3 of the Le Monarc project, comprising of 182 rental units.
Tisseur renews its partnership with Trantor Realty, taking on the role of general contractor for Phase 3 of the Le Monarc project, upscale apartments in Ville Saint-Laurent.
This building is pursuing LEED Silver certification and comprises 182 rental units. Numerous common areas, such as large lobbies, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, a children's play area, gyms, a shared kitchen, a spa area, and much more, will be available to tenants. Delivery took place as planned in July 2025.
