Construction of Phase 2 of the Le Monarc project, comprising of 382 rental units.
Le Monarc 2 is part of a multi-tower residential project. This building, which is pursuing LEED certification, comprises 238 high-quality condos for sale, along with several common areas, such as a pool, a yoga studio, a games room, a coworking space, and more.
Tisseur took over this project midway through construction in order to optimize it and deliver it on time and on budget.
