Le Manoir Duberger is a truly distinctive concept. An existing building was transformed into a final product tailored to today's needs. The 4 additional phases were built from 2001 to 2007, for a total of 238 units. A pool, a fitness room, and underground parking were also added to the complex to meet growing demand.
