Construction of a new 5,400 m² seniors' home over four levels. The facility includes 42 resident rooms, a multipurpose hall, common areas, a library, a rest area, and several other spaces designed to enhance the residents’ stay. The mechanical system features thermal wheels with heat recovery to minimize energy costs. The building has a mixed structural system consisting of a conventional steel frame and structural concrete. The site includes a 34-space parking lot, a drop-off area, and a 580 m² inner courtyard. The project is LEED v4 certified.
