Another call for tenders won by Tisseur, this time for a community housing project led by the organization Habitations Communautaires Loggia in Montreal. Tisseur has been retained as general contractor for the construction of a 6-storey building comprising 78 apartments, ranging from 1 ½ to 6 ½ units, available starting in 2025. The project will also offer a shared common space for future tenants. Construction is taking place on the site of the Technopôle Angus, a project led by the Angus development corporation, a social economy enterprise whose mission is urban revitalization.
