Our team is proud to be carrying out the general contracting and interior systems mandate for the brand-new Le Vital project in Lévis (Desjardins sector), at the heart of the Umano neighbourhood. The project comprises 230 units spread over 10 floors, designed for tenants of all ages, but specifically targeting students given its proximity to the Université du Québec à Rimouski – Campus de Lévis.

A unique project featuring a large number of studios and lofts, offered on an all-inclusive basis. This project will provide affordable housing to meet the needs of the greater Lévis rental market. Several common areas and community spaces will be available to foster a real sense of community within the building.

Construction is underway, with delivery expected in 2025. Thank you to our client for their trust!
