Train wash in the REM maintenance centre in Saint-Eustache
Project Complete
Construction of a 1,000 m² industrial building including an automated train washer, essential for de-icing and cleaning the REM railcars in Saint-Eustache.

The project includes the construction of a 1,000 m² building with a steel frame and concrete foundation. Once the building was built, Alstom commissioned us to install the washing equipment, including three washing arches, separation basins, as well as electrical and mechanical connections. We worked in the presence of high-voltage equipment in the electromechanical room, considering OHS and access constraints due to ongoing rail operations.
