Expansion of the Manoir OKA

Under construction
Expansion of an existing building, including the addition of 33 guest rooms and new common spaces distributed over three floors.

Tisseur is proud to have been selected to carry out the Manoir Oka Expansion, a project that will help enhance accommodation services for seniors living with cognitive impairments or Alzheimer’s disease.

The project includes the addition of 33 guest rooms and new common areas distributed over three floors, further enriching the residents’ living environment.

Tisseur will deliver the full scope of construction work, from partial demolition within the existing facility to the renovation of the connection between the existing building and the new expansion. The facility will remain operational and occupied throughout the duration of the work.
