Ulric-Debien School

The Vimont-Auteuil sector continues to be a growing area for elementary school students. École Ulric-Debien welcomes students from preschool to grade 6 in two buildings. One of which has been renovated and expanded to accommodate more elementary school students, in facilities that respond to the wishes expressed by families and the community.
Multi-purpose rooms, large windows and a new gymnasium were built to meet the needs of young students while remaining accessible to residents. In addition, new classrooms were added to the existing building.
The scope of work included the construction of classrooms and the addition of a double gymnasium to meet the need for additional space and to provide an adequate space for physical education classes. The extension was on two floors and connected to the existing building by a walkway on both levels. The project also included a modification of the layout of the existing building, as well as a complete redevelopment of the schoolyard and existing parking lot.
