Pierre-Bédard High School

The project involves the construction of a new building for around 1,160 students. It will include flexible learning spaces adapted to innovate teaching strategies, as well as communal areas such as a multi-purpose room, a cafeteria, and a large atrium with tiered seating. Outdoor sports and recreational facilities are also planned. The building targets LEED C+CB certification and will integrate several sustainable and energy-efficient initiatives, emphasizing access to natural light. The execution plan includes measures to ensure the safe continuation of activities at the adjacent existing school, which will subsequently be demolished.
