Construction of a new primary school with a total area of 5,800 m² over two levels. The facility includes 27 classrooms, a gymnasium, and several administrative offices. The mechanical system features geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building structure consists of a conventional steel frame with glued-laminated timber decking and a concrete foundation supported by driven piles. The site includes a parking lot, drop-off zones for cars and buses, and a schoolyard.
