Construction of a new primary school with a total area of 4,280 m² over two levels. The facility includes 3 kindergarten classrooms, 19 primary classrooms, and a gymnasium. The mechanical system features a Canadian well and solar panels to minimize energy costs. The building's structure consists of a conventional steel frame. It is built on a site with low load-bearing capacity, which required dynamic compaction. The site also includes a 52-space parking lot, drop-off zones for cars and buses, as well as a 5,000 m² schoolyard.
