Construction of a new 4,180 m² elementary school spread over three levels. The facility includes 3 kindergarten classrooms, 18 primary classrooms, and 2 gymnasiums, with a total capacity of 400 students.

The mechanical system features geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building structure consists of a conventional steel frame.

The site development includes a 59-space parking lot, designated drop-off zones for cars and school buses, as well as a 1,900 m² schoolyard.
