Des Aventuriers School

Construction of a new elementary school with an area of 5,920 m², spread over 3 levels, annexed to an operational secondary school. The facility includes 4 kindergarten classrooms, 24 elementary classrooms, and a double gymnasium.
The project stood out for its operational complexity, requiring coexistence with the occupants of the secondary school throughout the construction period. Close coordination was maintained to minimize the impact on existing school activities and ensure user safety.
Technical interconnections were integrated between the two buildings for several critical systems, including mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems. The building is based on a conventional steel frame and a mechanical system powered by geothermal wells, allowing for a significant reduction in energy costs.
The exterior layout includes a 70-space parking lot, a bus drop-off area, and a 12,000 m² schoolyard equipped with various amenities such as play structures.
