Our team successfully completed the expansion and renovation of Bedford Elementary School, located in the Côte-des-Neiges borough of Montreal. The work included the partial demolition of an existing building, the construction of a new two-storey wing totaling 3,300 m², as well as the development of a 1,600 m² outdoor courtyard. A double gymnasium, 16 new classrooms, a library, specialized rooms, and common areas were also delivered.

The project was executed in a dense urban environment, on a confined site, while the existing school remained operational throughout the entire construction period. We implemented a rigorous site logistics plan, including the use of temporary modular classrooms, separate access routes, noise and dust control measures, and carefully phased work sequences to ensure the safety of students and staff.

The project also included significant civil, mechanical, and electrical work: upgrading of municipal services, installation of new electrical and telecommunication connections, high-performance HVAC systems, LED lighting, building automation systems, and energy efficiency measures.
