Construction of a new 5,700 m² education pavilion spread over 5 levels, which will be connected to Lionel-Groulx College by an aerial walkway.
Construction of a new 5,700 m² educational pavilion on five levels, which will be connected to Lionel-Groulx College via an aerial walkway. The facility will include 29 classrooms and a food service area, designed to accommodate over 1,000 additional students. The building’s structure will be made of conventional steel framing. The existing parking area will be redeveloped. The project is targeting LEED Silver Certification.
