Tisseur is delighted to continue its momentum in delivering quality, innovative multi-residential construction. This time, it's the Cloria Lévis, a 166-unit building located in Lévis, Desjardins sector, just steps from the Convention Centre.

This project, under the Danu brand, marks the launch of a new type of real estate development—more sustainable, greener. It is aiming for "Zero Carbon Building" certification, notably with respect to energy and geothermal performance.

In fact, our preconstruction team is proud to have actively contributed to the search for innovative solutions by working directly with the project's design team. We are therefore taking part in local innovation through the construction of a carbon-neutral real estate project in Lévis.

Future tenants will have access to spacious units featuring distinctive touches such as quartz countertops, abundant windows, and much more. Common areas, including a shared kitchen and dining room for entertaining, as well as ground-floor retail space, will also be available.

An inaugural event was held on-site on June 20. Construction is now underway with our team! Occupancy is expected in 2025.
