Construction of a new multifunctional sports complex covering 13,197 m² over two levels. The facility includes an indoor soccer field that can be converted into a baseball field, a gymnastics training area (palestre), multipurpose rooms, administrative offices, and technical spaces.

Construction of a new multifunctional sports complex covering 13,197 m² over two levels. The facility includes an indoor soccer field that can be converted into a baseball field, a gymnastics training area, multipurpose rooms, administrative offices, and technical spaces. An observation area and a café space are located on the upper level. The complex also features a concrete grandstand with 305 seats. The building is constructed with a conventional steel frame structure. A radiant floor heating system is installed under the soccer field to improve energy efficiency.
