Project in 2 phases: Phase 1: Renovation of existing roofs; conversion of a building into a modern restaurant; construction of a new footbridge in a northern timber structure. Phase 2: The project involves the construction of two new pavilions: the reception building (Pavilion A), and the thermal treatments and experiences building (Pavilion B). Mixed wood, concrete and steel structure. Exterior landscaping in harmony with the natural setting.

Following the acquisition of Polar Bear's Club and Bagni Station Santé spas, Strøm Nordic Spa retained Tisseur’s construction management services for the redesign of its pavilions and overall site. The project was structured in two phases:

Phase 1 (2023):

Civil works: Construction of a new wooden footbridge spanning the Rivière du Nord. Our expertise in civil engineering and self-performed work enabled us to carry out this work during the winter period.

Building works: Refurbishment of 4 existing roofs with metal cladding and major renovation of a building to turn into a fine dining restaurant. Installation of a professional kitchen with adapted cooking and ventilation systems, and a warm, inviting dining area with views over the natural surroundings.

Phase 2 (2024–2026):

Accompaniment in design and construction of the new nordic spa.

The project includes the construction of two new pavilions: The main building (Pavilion A), with a surface area of 1,607 m², housing changing rooms and sanitary facilities.

Pavilion B, with a surface area of 770 m², offering various types of hot and cold pools, saunas, and relaxation areas.

Use of high-end, and noble materials. The structures feature a hybrid design combining wood, concrete, and steel. Outdoor layouts are carefully integrated to harmonize with the natural environment.

The site development includes outdoor pools, rest areas, terraces, walking paths, landscaping, civil infrastructure, mechanical and lighting systems, as well as a 400-space parking lot. Outdoor layouts are carefully integrated to harmonize with the natural environment.
