Project Complete
Construction of a new BMW and Mini car dealership in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, covering an area of 2,700 m² across three levels. The building was designed with height in mind to ensure optimal visibility from Highway 15.
The customer experience was a top priority, featuring an inviting waiting area with a stone fireplace, a vehicle showroom, a mechanical workshop, and several administrative offices. Additionally, the building's mechanical system incorporates geothermal wells to minimize energy costs and environmental impact. The structure consists of a conventional steel framework, and the site includes a parking area of nearly 7,000 m².
