Tisseur’s Head Office

Project Complete
Design and construction of a new 32,500 sq. ft. building over three levels, including 70 administrative offices, two conference rooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, and relaxation spaces. Conventional steel and concrete structure. The project also includes a service yard in the form of a 250,000 sq. ft. outdoor warehouse and a garage with four doors, providing optimal capacity for equipment storage and machinery maintenance.

Experiencing strong growth in recent years, the original Tisseur Inc. head office in Val-David no longer met the company’s expanding needs. With the office space at full capacity and a significant lack of storage space.

The new 32,500 sq. ft. building spans three levels and includes 70 administrative offices, two conference rooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, and relaxation spaces. Built with a conventional steel and concrete structure, one of the key features of the project is the service yard, which includes a 250,000 sq. ft. outdoor warehouse and a garage with four doors, providing optimal capacity for equipment storage and machinery maintenance.

The exterior layout also includes 65 parking spaces. In terms of performance, the building features triple-glazed curtain walls, enhancing natural light and acoustic insulation. Energy efficiency is maximized through 17 geothermal wells, a radiant heating system, and a design focused on reducing energy costs. An indoor living wall completes this sustainable and innovative approach.
