Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac Library
Expansion of the community center and construction of a new library. The facility has a total area of 2,630 square meters over two levels. The building is functionally divided into two sections: the community center occupies the ground floor, while the library is located on the upper level.
The mechanical system features thermal wheels with heat recovery to minimize energy costs. The building’s structure consists of a conventional steel frame and a concrete foundation supported by driven piles.
The site development includes a 124-space parking lot, a drop-off zone, and the complete reconstruction of Rue de la Mairie.
