Sainte-Thérèse Secondary School
This revitalization includes the demolition of a swimming pool to make way for a 1,030 m² multidisciplinary sports complex and music facilities. The modernization of the Centre de formation professionnelle de l'automobile (CFPA) and the installation of geothermal systems and radiant floors improve the building's efficiency and comfort. The coordination and installation of the complex system of prefabricated concrete panels required particular attention. The result is a highly distinctive gymnasium that makes the most of natural light. Thanks to a combination of agility and resilience, this project was successfully completed during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
